Your Agency
Include every cruise client you speak with — new inquiries, return clients, referrals via phone, email, or in person. You can estimate the actual number for all agents.
From "what are you looking for?" to "here's what fits" — destination, party size, budget, experience level, must-haves.
Total annual commissions divided by hours worked gives a solid number. If you're unsure, $65 is a reasonable mid-market starting point.
Planner Assumptions
Peregrine uncovers the destination, party size, cruising experience level, budget constraints, and on-board preferences before your first call. 50% is conservative — advisors who actively route clients through the planner often see 70–80% time savings.
How many of your clients do you realistically see yourself routing through Peregrine? Start conservative — you can always adjust as you get a feel for actual usage.

What this measures: The value of your time that Peregrine gives back. Every client routed through Peregrine arrives at your first call pre-qualified — destination confirmed, party known, budget calibrated, preferences captured. The intake conversation is already done. This calculator measures exactly that: how many hours you recover each month, and what those hours are worth. It does not claim to predict new bookings. What you do with recovered time is up to you.
Every default is set conservatively. Adjust each slider to reflect your actual practice — the numbers are only as good as the inputs.

Discovery conversation length (default 45 min): A typical discovery conversation — destination, party composition, experience level, cabin preferences, budget — runs 45–90 minutes when starting cold. Peregrine handles this before the call, so you arrive already knowing all of it.

Peregrine's share of discovery (default 50%): Peregrine uncovers the destination, party size, cruising experience level, budget constraints, and on-board preferences before your first call — most of what that conversation would cover. 50% is conservative; advisors who route consistently report 60–80% time savings.

Adoption rate (default varies by plan): Reflects how many of your clients you actually route through Peregrine before your first conversation. Solo advisors see lower adoption by nature of how they work. Agency-level practices with a defined intake workflow see 60–80%. Start where you are.

What isn't modeled: Lead quality improvement, reduced no-shows from better-prepared clients, the competitive advantage of a 24/7 intake presence, or the advisor capacity freed to take on more clients with the same hours.
